Under no circumstances, including negligence be liable for any incidental, special, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or relating to this license, including, but not limited to, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data on your information handling system, or all other commercial damages or losses, even if advised of the possibility thereof.
