Although rosacea is a common phenomenon，but rhinophyma is a rare disease characterized by progressive hypertrophy of the epidermal and dermal elements of the nose and considered the most severe stage of rosacea. It is an uncommon condition that often results in both functional and cosmetic impairment. In Mar 24, 2017, Andreas Wolter、Till Scholz and others published an article in << Aesthetic Plastic Surgery >> which title is “Giant Rhinophyma: A Rare Case of Total Nasal Obstruction and Restitutio Ad Integrum”， report a case of the case for the treatment of rhinophyma.
