PubMedID- 24528886 Netrin-1/unc5b’s expression is proved to exist in kidney cancer and prostate cancer [13,17], and found that netrin-1 inhibits apoptosis in lung cancer, with advanced neuroblastoma, breast cancer [10-12]; unc5b is one of the dependent receptors of netrin-1, and previous studies had demonstrated that increasing netrin-1 transcription can antagonize unc5b induced apoptosis [15], which is consistent with the results of this study.
