PubMedID- 24066048 Traps is characterized by recurrent fever attacks lasting typically from 1 to 3 weeks; in addition to fever, common clinical features include mainly periorbital oedema, conjunctivitis, a migratory erythematous skin rash with underlying fasciitis and myalgia, and arthralgia and/or arthritis [2], [3]; serosal inflammation is also common, usually but not only in the form of polyserositis [4]–[8].
